Refund policy

It is Beyoutiful Wandz' goal to provide the best products and service to all customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do all we can to make it right!

 

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, incorrect, missing, etc. contact us within 7 business days of delivery of your order. Pictures of damaged items must be sent in order to receive a replacement. Broken items, due to customer negligence, are not eligible for exchange.

Beyond any errors made by us, all sales are final.
